Ordering

Step 1: Choose your product
Select the product you want to order. You can do this via the product menu or the search bar at the top of the website.

Step 2: Select your file
If you have already prepared the artwork file for your product, you can select and upload it here.
If it's not ready yet, no problem! You can always submit it later.
Next, enter the quantity of the product you wish to order.
Need a higher quantity? That’s possible too! Simply send an email to shopdirect@holboxdisplay.com or fill out the request form on the website.

Once you've uploaded your artwork and entered the quantity, you can add the product to your shopping cart.
If your artwork isn't ready yet, select the option "Order without artwork, I will submit it later."

Step 3: Fill in your details / Register
You will now be taken to a page where you can log in, register, or place an order as a guest.
Enter all your details, choose your preferred delivery date, and add any relevant comments for your order.
Here, you can also indicate whether you would like to receive our newsletter.

Step 4: Choose your payment method
On the next page, you will see a summary of your order.
Select your preferred payment method from the available options.

Please note that we will start processing your order on the first business day after we receive your payment.

Step 5: Submitting files
If you indicated during checkout that you would submit the artwork later, you can do so via WeTransfer or by sending an email to shopdirect@holboxdisplay.com

Yes, absolutely! Let us know via shopdirect@holboxdisplay.com or through the chat how many products you would like to order, and we will send you a non-binding quote.

There are several ways to pay for your product. At Holbox Shop Direct, you can choose from the following payment methods:

  1. iDeal

  2. Credit Card

  3. PayPal

  4. Bank Transfer

Your order will be put into production as soon as we receive your payment. From that moment, the estimated delivery time starts.

All prices displayed on the website include VAT and shipping costs.

iDeal
At Holbox Shop Direct, you can use iDeal to pay before delivery. The following banks are supported:
ABN Amro, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

Credit Card
You can make a safe and easy payment with your MasterCard or Visa credit card. Your payment details are encrypted to ensure secure transmission.

When paying by credit card, the amount is debited immediately at the time of payment.

For both Visa and MasterCard, you will be asked to enter your credit card password. Fill in your credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code (found on the back of your credit card). Once your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation, and we will begin processing your order.

PayPal (Pay Later Option Available)
With PayPal, you can pay for your order quickly and securely. All you need is your email address and password.
You must first create a PayPal account linked to your bank account or credit card. With just your email and password, you can make easy and secure online payments.

When checking out with PayPal, you can also select the "Pay Later" option.

Bank Transfer
You can also choose to pay via bank transfer. You have 14 days to complete the payment. However, please note that your product will only be put into production once we have received the payment.

Submitting Files

  • You place the desired artwork onto the relevant technical drawing (for example using Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop).

  • Artwork must be supplied as a high-resolution PDF file: one version with the technical drawing incorporated into the artwork (as a positioning reference) and one version without the technical drawing (for production purposes).

  • Supply at full size (do not scale the technical drawing).

  • Minimum resolution: 100 dpi.

  • Colour mode: CMYK (no RGB or spot colours).

  • The artwork must extend 10 mm beyond the edges on all sides (bleed margin).

  • When placing text, please take the fold line into account as much as possible.

  • Important elements and text must be positioned at least 5 mm inside the edge.

  • The indication “top” in the technical drawing shows the communication side and the corresponding reading direction (arrow).

Yes, certainly, that is no problem. Send your print file as a PDF to shopdirect@holboxdisplay.com and we will check whether everything is correct.

A photo that you want to print life-size must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum file size: 2 MB.

  • The main subject must be in the foreground, not in the background.

  • Check the quality of the photo by zooming in on the subject until it is shown at approximately actual size. If the image is still sharp, the quality is good.

  • Hands and legs should be positioned close to the body.

Shipping

We aim to ship your product within four working days.

We aim to ship your product within three working days.

AWe work with different courier services. At the time of dispatch, we choose the most cost-effective courier.

The carrier will then deliver your parcel to your neighbours or return at a later time to attempt delivery again.

Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code after placing your order.

Shipping costs are variable and depend on the product and the destination it needs to be shipped to. We apply the current shipping rates of the carriers we work with. In the shopping cart, you can see exactly how much shipping you will pay. In the Netherlands and Belgium, the minimum shipping cost is €5.80 for letterbox mail and the maximum shipping cost is €90.00 for courier delivery.

A company specialised in the development and production of cardboard displays. A major player in the industry and a well-known name for more than 40 years.

As a consumer, all your purchases are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that the product is or does what you may reasonably expect from it. If the product does not meet your reasonable expectations, you can always contact us.

The text below only applies if you acted as a consumer when making the purchase. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to business orders. In addition, the right of withdrawal is completely excluded for all custom-made products. These are products made according to your own requested specifications.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive from us all payments made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You will then receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
