Payment

General Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the agreement or additional conditions, any amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 14 days after the start of the reflection period. If no reflection period applies, payment must be made within 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement.

In the case of a service agreement, this period starts on the day after the consumer receives confirmation of the agreement.

For the sale of products to consumers, the consumer can never be required to make an advance payment of more than 50% in the general terms and conditions. If advance payment has been agreed upon, the consumer cannot claim any rights regarding the execution of the order or service(s) until the agreed advance payment has been made.

The consumer is responsible for promptly reporting any inaccuracies in the provided or stated payment details to the merchant.

If the consumer fails to meet their payment obligations on time, and after being reminded by the merchant with a 14-day period to fulfill their obligations, the consumer will be liable to pay statutory interest on the outstanding amount. Additionally, the merchant is entitled to charge any extrajudicial collection costs incurred. These collection costs are capped at:

  • 15% on outstanding amounts up to €2,500

  • 10% on the next €2,500

  • 5% on the next €5,000
    With a minimum charge of €40. The merchant may deviate from these amounts and percentages in favor of the consumer.

Payment Methods

There are multiple payment options available for purchasing your product. At Holbox Shop Direct, you can pay using:

  • iDeal

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

Your order will go into production once we have received your payment. The estimated delivery time starts from that moment. All prices displayed on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

Payment Methods in Detail

iDEAL

With iDEAL, you can pay securely in advance through your own bank’s online banking environment. Supported banks include ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

Credit Card

Pay easily and securely using your MasterCard or Visa credit card. Your payment details are encrypted for security.

When paying by credit card, the amount is debited immediately upon payment.

For both Visa and MasterCard, you will be asked for your credit card password. Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code (found on the back of your card). Once your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation, and we will start processing your order.

PayPal (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Pay safely and quickly using PayPal. All you need is your email address and password.

Before using PayPal, you must create an account linked to your bank account or credit card. With your email and password, you can easily make online payments.

When checking out with PayPal, you can select the "Buy Now, Pay Later" option if available.

Bank Transfer

You can also choose to pay via bank transfer. You will have 14 days to complete your payment. However, please note that production of your product will only begin once we have received your payment.
