Custom cardboard exhibition stand for NTP
What makes a visitor stop for a moment, look again and actually walk into your stand? For NTP, the difference was a stand that felt professional, well-organised and sustainable at the same time. For the Infra Relatiedagen in Hardenberg, we therefore created a complete custom exhibition setup, featuring cardboard exhibition furniture and display solutions that together formed one strong and consistent presence on the show floor.
Custom exhibition setup
For this project, we delivered the complete stand design and custom-made exhibition furniture as one integrated concept. With a logical layout, clear signage and strategically placed displays, the stand naturally guided visitors through the space.
Everything was designed for fast assembly, a sturdy construction and a professional appearance throughout the exhibition days. This allowed the stand to combine practical usability with a strong visual presentation on the show floor.
Recognition, routing and brand experience were central to the design. Visitors could immediately see what there was to discover, where to find information and where a conversation could easily begin. Clear zones, multiple contact points, striking shapes and powerful prints created an exhibition stand that stood out and reinforced the brand story.

For their participation in Infra Relatiedagen 2026, they wanted exhibition materials that feel innovative while maintaining a professional look and feel. Sustainability needed to be visible, without immediately “feeling like cardboard.” The idea was that you first notice quality and design, and only up close discover that the stand is built from recycled cardboard materials.
