Little André brings generations together with a cardboard display

What makes a visitor pause, step closer, and feel the urge to pick something up? For the Little André brand, the answer wasn’t found in the products alone, but in the way they were presented. That’s why we developed a cardboard floor display that does more than simply hold products: it tells a story, even before the first book is opened.

The display was used during André Rieu’s winter concerts at the MECC and in local bookstores. In places where experience and emotion take center stage, the presentation needed to invite discovery as well. Not loud or overpowering, but warm, recognizable, and accessible—perfectly in tune with the world of Little André.

A display as an extension of the story

The starting point of the design was clear: the display had to feel like a natural extension of the brand. Not just functional, but emotional. Little André is all about reading together, listening together, and experiencing together. That idea was translated into a display that offers clarity, conveys calm, and sparks curiosity among both young and old.

Multiple product categories were brought together in one compact unit. Small storybooks, A4 music books, and plush toys of the main characters each found their own place, without losing visual cohesion. The result is a strong brand block that immediately communicates: this belongs together. The cardboard construction further reinforces the friendly and approachable character of the brand, while remaining practical and sustainable for use in multiple locations.

Collaboration with Holbox Shop Direct

For the realization of the Little André display, we deliberately chose Holbox Shop Direct. This decision was based on previous positive collaborations and their proven expertise in cardboard display solutions. From the very first moment, Holbox actively contributed ideas on form, construction, and feasibility, strengthening the overall process.

The collaboration was extremely pleasant. Clear and thorough communication ensured alignment on planning and expectations. Despite a tight timeline, the team was able to move quickly and think flexibly, resulting in a display that was delivered fully according to expectations and right on time for the winter concerts at the MECC.
