Conditions for Guaranteeing the Production Time

On this page, you can read the conditions an order must meet in order to guarantee the standard production time.

For orders placed directly through the webshop, a production time of 4 working days (unless otherwise specified for the respective product) applies, starting from the moment the digital proof is approved. To guarantee this timeframe, we apply the following conditions:

• Advance payment: Orders placed via the webshop are only processed after payment has been received. The digital proof will only be created once we have received the payment.

• Proof approval: You will receive the proof by email. Production will only begin after your explicit approval. If there is no response or if corrections are still pending, production will be delayed.

• Delivery or pickup: On the fourth working day after the proof has been approved, your order will be handed over to the carrier. This may be a parcel service or our own courier. The final delivery time depends on the carrier. Would you like to be certain of timely delivery? You can also choose to pick up the order yourself or opt for delivery by our own courier, provided this fits within our transport schedule.
