What does the studio do?

Our creative folding experts begin with the application form that the client has sent. What information is important, what does the client want, and what are the specific requirements? This includes the budget, the quantity, and the size. The method of shipping is also crucial. Will the display be shipped empty or filled with products? If the display is shipped empty, an assembly instruction must be created.
Once the briefing is complete, the studio begins with a rough sketch. Based on this sketch, the price is determined and discussed with the client for approval. If the client agrees, we proceed to create a final model. Using a 2D drawing in a computer program, a 3D model is eventually created. This model is presented to the client through a photo or a physical model. We then receive feedback from the client, which may include adjustments or approval.
All details of the display, such as material, wave direction, assembly, and packaging method, are recorded in a production card so that the production team knows exactly how the display should be made. The display files are prepared so that the client or advertising agency can place the display design on them. Once everything is approved, production can begin!
For small quantities, the displays are cut using a plotter machine. For large quantities, a die-cutting tool is made, and the displays are die-cut.
In a short turnaround time, the entire production process is completed, and the displays are shipped to the client, ready to be placed on the store floor!
