Meet Peggy!

Hi, my name is Peggy Verhoeff. I have been working at Holbox as a designer since 2003, and for the past year and a half, I have had the opportunity to shift my activities within Holbox to Holbox Shop Direct.

In my work, I focus on various products that need to be displayed or presented in an attractive way. I get to use my creativity with cardboard to bring these ideas to life, which makes my job incredibly enjoyable. The diverse range of projects keeps my work exciting, as every assignment is different.

What I love most is transforming a flat design into a 3D model and following the entire production process from start to finish in our own factory. My favorite projects are those where the client can recognize something familiar, like a cargo bike or a tree. This shows that we don’t just work with standard models from our webshop—we also create custom-made designs!

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and two children. I also really enjoy playing badminton, and recently, I have taken up mountain biking.
